19th Century Old Paris Neoclassic Oval Blue and White Floral Pedestal Centerpiece  France, circa 1875 A splendid 19th-century Old Paris Neoclassic Oval Blue and White Floral Pedestal Centerpiece from France, dating back to circa 1875. This remarkable piece epitomizes restrained Neoclassicism, standing tall at 10 inches with dimensions of 14.5 inches in width and 7.5 inches in depth. Its boat-shaped reticulated trellis body features sparsely floral-painted motifs, accentuated by subtle blue-decorated acanthus ends. The centerpiece is elegantly supported by a painted floral pedestal.  It rests gracefully on a 6.5-inch-wide by 3.5-inch-deep rectangular plinth base, completing its harmonious composition. Though unmarked, its quality speaks volumes, ready to enhance any space with its timeless allure. This centerpiece is not merely a decorative item but a testament to the enduring beauty of 19th-century French Old Paris workmanship.
