California design.
Indoor outdoor living.
AP designs were selected by the Case Study Homes program promoted by Arts & Architecture magazine 1940's 60's.
Their architectural forms were conducive to the post and beam style houses of the era.
This cone and wok is a fine example of that modernist aesthetic.
Simple clean lines.
Architectural forms.
Bisque clay with white mat glaze.
Both are marked "USA".
The wok has a small factory nick / defect on the rim.
Other than that, they are in very good vintage condition with minor wear / patina.
No cracks, major chips or repairs.
Both have a ring sound when knocked.
No drain whole.
Presents well for decor and collections.
The wok is roughly 4"h x 12.5"w.
