Chinese Unglazed Terracotta Pot
About the Item
This low terracotta pond sits with a minimal form and a beautifully irregular finish. The vessel has a tapered silhouette, with a wide mouth, narrowed base and simple, flared rim. Left undecorated, the exterior is darkened by a natural ash glaze imparted during firing, resulting in a subtle glassy texture and an array of neutral colors, from charred browns to earthy reds.
Base does not have drainage holes.
