About the Item

Collection of four very delicate glass vases, all attributed to Albin Schädel, well known East German glass blower. This skilled artist created the most delicate objects from very thin glass. Here as a matter of fact part of my family inheritance: two in a juicy blue, one amber and another one in a light turquoise. The large blue vase is very bulbous at the bottom and measures: approx. 26 cm H x 12 cm ø (10.3'' x 4.7'') Condition is very nice, unfortunately there is a chip at the top edge (approx. 4x3 mm) The mint-turquoise vase is particularly beautiful, oh, actually they are all equally beautiful - has the following dimensions: approx. 25 cm H x 9 cm ø (9.8'' x 3.5''). The condition is very nice, the top edge has one or two slightly rough spots, but is almost completely smooth. The caramel brown vase also shines wonderfully, the dimensions are: approx. 20 cm H x 7.5 cm ø. (7.5'' x 2.9''). The condition is very nice, here too the edge at the top is good, but has very slight unevenness. The smaller dark blue vase measures 20 cm in height (7.8'') x 9 cm ø (3.5''). No chips. Minor water/marks residue inside.
