This delicate and finely crafted pair of PZH Gouda “Violetta” vases dates back to 1899, as marked by the B date code on their bases. Created by the renowned Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland (PZH), these vases represents the finest of Dutch Art Nouveau design. The thin, almost porcelain-like earthenware is adorned with intricate, hand-painted floral and abstract motifs in soft tones of lavender, cream, gold, and green, set against white background.
