An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Russian silver posy holder; an addition to our ornamental silverware collection. This exceptional antique Russian silver posy holder has a knopped, conical shaped form onto three legs. The surface of the holder has a frosted finish and is embellished with impressive engraved floral designs to the cylindrical portion. The upper portion of the body is further ornamented with two applied bands of bead ornamentation. This impressive Russian posy holder is supported by three hinged legs, each embellished with interlacing scrolling, paralleling engraved decoration.
