Huge Brutalist rugoso and somerso Murano glass by Salviati, Italy, 1960s
About the Item
Large brutalist hand-blown murano glass vase from the 60s. Stylized and organic body, manufactured by the process in which the piece is bathed in small fragments of glass that end up melting and fusing with the main matrix, giving a rough finish characteristic of Murano houses such as Salviati. Greenish, water, ochre, white and transparent tones. Perfect mint condition.
