Large Oriental Porcelain Vase, Decor of Flowers and Birds, Circa 1940s.
This is a vintage decorative vase, dating from the late art deco period, circa 1940. Classic oriental art deco taste. Has a desirable patina of use and is in good condition. Highly decorated on a bright white background. Bouquets of flowers adorn each side, with flying birds and peony heads at the neck. Enhanced with moriage enamel accents. Hand-painted. Good over all condition. Thin crack to the rim.
This is a charming vintage decorative vase, with rich decoration in the style of late art deco.
