Shaker Round Bentwood Flour Sifter; Pennsylvania, Circa 1900
About the Item
Wonderful all original condition, circular Pennsylvania Shaker flour sifter, with wire inserted screen; circa 1900. There is evidence of rusted original pin nails which join the bentwood frame at the overlaps *see images”. There is a 2" circumference reinforcement band around the base which provides stability and strengthening for handling this well made period Shaker piece; real clean and in excellent condition.
