19th Century Fisherman Stool and Tacklebox

About the Item

Late 19th century fishermans tacklebox and fishing stool with drawer. The smaller white box, painted and engraved with an anchor as the thumb pinch to slide it open reveals an oversized wood painted fishing lure. The stool is found in its original blue painted finish the seat engraved with the fishermans name Francois Moalic and dated 1899. The drawer contains various fishing related tackle.
