Papago Native American Indian Pictorial Coiled Lidded Olla Basket HUGE!

About the Item

Wonderful vintage hand woven Papago Native American Indian pictorial lidded coil basket olla. Great form and design. Has wonderful figures around the basket. This is one of the largest olla's I have seen. It measures 22" tall by 15" wide. In nice condition for its age. There is some loss of coils on the basket. Most of the issues is on the edge of the lid. A couple parts of the lid have had glue added to stop the separation. There is also some glue on the lower edge. The basket is strong and displays well. Tightly woven and color is great.
