A unique artisan made folk art mosaic over terra cotta pipe that can be used as an umbrella holder, cane stand, or floor vase. The mosaic consists of found objects or memories including ceramic, glass, metal, jewelry, etc. The bottom is open as pictured. Apparently unsigned. The opening at the top measures almost 6" in diameter.
