The cabinet is in original condition and has not been refinished, the decoration on the inside of the cabinet has sadly faded away over the years but you can still see the year the cabinet was made.

    Additions or alterations made to the original: Later wall mounts added to the cabinet. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. Cabinet is in good condition for a piece from the late 18th century, but the piece has signs of use like natural cracks in the wood and chips in the painted decoration, also the original lock for the cabinet is included but is not mounted.
