About the Item

Original condition traditional Swedish rocking cradle circa 1860. Painted in traditional blue colours with personalised inscribed with 2 births with initials from 1852 and 1855.   Rare piece painted in original colours, turned finials in pine. A real piece of 19th century history, ready for further use as a log bin or a toy chest. Expected losses to paintwork, original pine base boards are not fixed in place and in 2 sections.
