Folk art shadow box painting of a slender nude female form sitting under a full moon. With a chiaroscuro effect and her backside to the viewer, this work has mysterious and dramatic feel. Her light hair which begins as a painting and becomes a long braid of human hair at the nape of her neck, from one possible viewpoint revealing our humanity (as material) but the greater whole of who we are is cosmic in nature.
