English folk art shop counter milk man figure. A charming mid-20th century folk art shop countertop display figure. In the form of a man pushing a milk cart. Completely scratch built from wood, leather, and metal. this item may have sat on a grocer’s shop counter to add a bit of amusement for visiting customers. Just a lovely thing. Size in inches: H 9” x W 15” x D 7”. Origin: England. Material: Mixed. Completely solid in structure and form, aged naturally across all the surfaces. Faded paint and loss of detail. The figure stands alone and is separate to the cart. This is an old item so please bare into consideration its condition when purchasing.
