Antique Italian Chandelier Hand-Carved Wood in Very Old Paint and recently rewired. When we look at old Italian Painted items, such as this Antique Italian Carved Wood Chandelier I am always a bit suspect on what is and what is not real. Many times the Italian Antique dealers will find some old components and create something truly wonderful. So, is this Antique Italian Chandelier one of them? Honestly, they have such a gift for style and creativity that I could not tell you when this was born. For me personally, I think it's virtually impossible to know, so we wrote down 1920's and that is only a hypothesis. What this Italian Chandelier does have in spades, is the look and patina is quite spectacular
