About the Item
Stunning French ceiling chandelier from the 1930s - original Art Deco. The solid, chrome-plated chandelier has a lining made of walnut wood in the lower area of the pendulum rod and a lining with a chrome-plated tube in the upper area. The wooden casing on the rod has a small drying crack - see photo. The elegantly curved arms are also chrome-plated with brass applications. Artfully stepped, chrome-plated sockets sit on their ends. There are two more lamps in the central area, so that the chandelier has a total of six lighting points. The glass bowls are made of heavy frosted glass and are ornately decorated. The bowls all bear the company logo “Ezan France”. On the upper bowls very small inside at the top edge and on the lower bowl on the edge - see photo. The shells are all very well intact and without any visible damage. The chandelier is in a good condition, the wiring is working well. The chandelier has B22 bayonet sockets as usual in France, 6 matching LED bulbs are included*. Rare collector's item from the Art Deco era in good working condition.
