Handcrafted and rare, Asian lantern-like pendant light. This rare combination-of-styles pendant is in excellent condition and a joy to own and look at. This top quality crafted glass shade is of a beautifully 'rounded geometrical' design and it could not be in better condition. It has the most beautiful yellow-beige color and thanks to their equally calm colors, the serene bird and leafs decor on the shade only adds to the tranquil look and feel of this truly excellent condition antique pendant. The original and hand-crafted tassel gives this pendant a slightly unconventional, but very stylish character. The original, mint and very dark brown bakelite glass shade holder AND canopy too perfectly match the other serene colors. Even the warm red and beige threaded plastic 'threads' that are twirled around the metal rod of this light are in THE best condition possible, making this one of the most original and best condition antique Art Deco pendants that we ever had the pleasure of offering. Its relatively small size makes it perfect for using in a small entrance, in a bedroom, on a landing etc and the warm light it radiates could help create just the right atmosphere in your living space. This pendant is rewired to the highest standard for safe and immediate usage in the USA as well and it will take a regular American E26 screwthread bulb.
