About the Item

This Art Deco pendant was designed and manufactured in Germany in the 1930s during the Bauhaus period. The light is characterized by its streamlined, functional design typical of the movement. The light features a smooth, translucent green opaline glass shade with a simple, elegant shape and brass hardware. The glass is polished, giving it a glossy finish that enhances its aesthetic appeal. The fixture is designed with minimal ornamentation, focusing on clean lines and geometric shapes. The light has been rewired and converted for US usage. It requires one E27 bulb. Height without tassel 23.6" (60cm), diameter lampshade 13.4" (34cm), length of lamp rod 15" (40cm), length of tassel 4.7" (12cm). The length of the lamp rod is customizable. Diameter canopy is 4" (10cm).
