About the Item

Beautiful pendant chandelier with a wrought iron structure painted black with 24 hand-made glass pieces in assorted colors, for one bulb, hangs by a chain. Extremely bright, decorative, and colorful has been designed by Felipe Delfinger and manufactured by "Feders" during the 1960s in Cuernavaca, State of Morelos, Mexico. They were very common in Mexican homes and vacation ranches in the 1960s and 1970s. The chandelier has a 20" long chain and canopy to attach to the ceiling, it has been cleaned and re-wired with a new bakelite socket. It delivers warm light over a table or a special intimate corner.

    Rewired: New bakelite sockets with new wiring were installed. Repaired. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor fading. 3 Pieces available. One was repainted (a while ago) the two others show original fading and patina (could be repainted upon request). These two pieces have a lid at the top as shown in the last photo.
