About the Item

A lovely Country French turn of the century iron, pressed tole, and Saxe porcelain chandelier. The eight arm chandelier is centered by a charming bottom acorn finial below beautiful large acanthus leaves. Scrolled iron movements extend up the cage adorned with scrolling vines with charming and wonderfully executed forest green pressed tole leaves and exceptional finely detailed Saxe porcelain blooming flowers. The eight elegantly scrolled arms are decorated in the same manner and each displays lovely foliate candle cups. The top crown displays a fine palmette spray and additional delicate vines with tole leaves and porcelain flowers.
