Early 20th Century French Art Deco Period Iron and Glass Chandelier, Four Lights

About the Item

A blend of Art Deco and Art Nouveau, this early twentieth century French iron and glass chandelier features a central wreath of iron roses and leaves suspended from three chains joined to the ceiling mount. A central frosted glass globe finished with a geometric floral design hangs from the wreath and three curved arms detailed with leaves hold glass shades also displaying the floral design. The chandelier is wired to American standards with four lights including one inside the central globe. A fine example of the French styles of the period. c. 1920.
