Early 20th Century French Brass & Porcelain Flowers Four-Light Basket Chandelier
About the Item
Decorate a girl's room or powder room with this elegant and feminine antique light fixture in the form of a flower basket. Crafted in France circa 1920, this petite chandelier is round in shape and features a beautifully intricate brass frame woven to mimic the texture of a wicker basket. Adorned with delicate porcelain flowers in soft pastel shades of pink and white, the chandelier showcases romantic floral motifs, further complemented by leafy accents throughout its design. The chandelier has four lights, each designed to resemble a blooming flower. Each light is newly wired for modern functionality and elegantly dressed with a decorative candle sleeve cover. At the pediment, a charming ribbon motif ties the basket's decor together, adding a whimsical touch. The delicate ceiling light is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns the original gilt finish. Included: A canopy, loop, and chain; each color-matched to the fixture.
