Early 20th Century French Painted Iron Six-Light Clock Chandelier

About the Item

This elegant, antique chandelier was crafted in France, circa 1920. The oblong iron fixture with scroll motifs, features a center round metal clock with Roman numbers and adjustable hands, embellished by decorative metal acanthus leaves throughout. The chandelier has six newly wired lights dressed with decorative candle sleeves. The ceiling light fixture with double chain is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns the original verdigris patinated painted finish with gilt accents. Place this large fixture in a breakfast room or kitchen for an authentic country French look! Included: A canopy, loop, and original double chain, each color-matched to the fixture. Measures: 42.5" W x 18" D x 43" H.
