Early 20th Century, Italian Baroque Giltwood Chandelier
About the Item
Grand early 20th century Italian hand carved giltwood chandelier features twelve lights in two tiers. The Baroque giltwood chandelier has an impressive hand carved turned stem coming down to four rosettes above a tiered stylized fountain with twelve s-curved foliated candelabra arms in two tiers. The Italian chandelier is finished at the bottom with six acanthus leaves coming to a foliated cone with a gilt ball finial. The chandelier has a magnificent scale.
