About the Item
Ceiling lamp in the manner Italian designer Gaetano Sciolari. Wood and chrome-plated metal structure, with four arms as electrons with Murano glass globes. Manufactured by Mazzega Glass Factory (1929-1983) in the 1960s. Good condition with electric installation control.
Mazzega Glass Factory was founded in 1929. Mazzega’s glassmakers and designers contributed to the diffusion of Murano glass in the 20th century throughout the world. This factory collaborated with several famous contemporary artists such as Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Jean Cocteau and Georges Braque. It stopped its activity in 1983,
