About the Item

A stunning and extremely decorative Italian mid 19th century Genovese st. giltwood, wrought iron, and crystal chandelier. The twelve arm chandelier is centered by a beautiful bottom crystal ball with a lovely honeycomb like design below fine cut beaded glass sprays with kite shaped crystal pendants. The arms branch out over two tiers with exquisite scrolled designs adorned in unique finely cut glass beads and an elegant array of cut crystal pendants leading to wonderful richly carved floral giltwood candle cups. The central fut also displays a stunning array of finely carved foliate designs and remarkable most decorative sprays at the center with additional lovely cut beads and crystal pendants leading to elegant tapered movements. *Shades shown for display purposes only.
