Large brass chandelier with 'Torciglioni' Glass by Mazzega, Italy 1970s.
Fabulous large brass chandelier attributed to Murano brand A.V Mazzega made in Italy 1970s. The chandelier has spiral-shaped glass pieces (called 'Torciglioni') with white Streaks mounted on a tiered metal frame. The sheets beautifully refract light. This chandelier will create an absolutely stunning light partition using its impressive size. The stylish elegance of this lamp suits any environment, from the midcentury to the Hollywood Regency. The chandelier has (E27) sockets. The lights are consistent with the US/UK/ASIA etc. standards. Also LED compatible. Cleaned and well-wired, in complete working order, and ready to use. The frame is in good condition, with a minor patina on the brass parts. The chandelier can be disassembled, and the glasses can be individually wrapped for easy transport. The chain can be modified to change the height required.
