A very representative, luxury, modern and unique midcentury vintage chandelier with a oversize diameter of 23 inches, attributed by Palwa (Germany), can be purchased here. The quality is from high class and comparable to Bakalowits & Sohne, Kinkeldey, Lobmeyr and Kalmar. This chandelier is inspired by the Brutalist design but also includes elements of Scandinavian Modern and Regency Design. Special features of the chandelier are the curved square brass plates (we strongly suspect that these brass plates are really gilded gold-plated with 24-karat) and the circular glass crystals. - Chandelier with seven levels / tiers - Made of crystal glass - High refraction of light - Unique curved gilded square brass frame, most likely 24-karat gold-plated - Measures: Diameter of 23 inches x height of 24.8 inches This chandelier is in good, well maintained and flawlessly work condition with the age-typical traces of time such as minor, superficial scratches, smaller areas with slight superficial and typical deposits on the brass and crystal glass . At the 4th tier a metal plate is missing (last photo above), but this is not noticeable in everyday use, because the missing plate is in the middle tier unless you look closely for this flaw. So far as already mentioned, all traces are only a little bit more visible by very closer inspection without being serious. The chandelier was conscientious cleaned and polished.
