Late 19th Century Country French Wrought Iron and Rock Crystal Chandelier

About the Item

A beautiful Country French late 19th century Louis XV st. wrought iron and rock crystal chandelier. The eight arm chandelier is centered by a charming bottom foliate finial centered by a lovely array of most decorative kite shaped cut rock crystal pendants. The elegantly scrolled arms branch out from a fine circular mottled bowl and are adorned with beautiful and most decorative patinated wrought iron acanthus leaves and additional rock crystal pendants leading to the circular candle cups with charming colorful reserves. Four lovely scrolled supports lead upwards, also adorned with patinated acanthus leaves and rock crystal pendants to the top reserve. All original patina throughout.
