About the Item
Solid cast brass explosion proof pendant manufactured circa 1980. Ex. rated and reclaimed from supertankers.
It has the original ceramic and brass E27 lamp holder which looks brand new, and is completely free from chips / damage.
Reclaimed from super tankers and cargo ships built in the 1970s these lights have been expertly converted to pendants by the Loomlight team. All wiring exceeds British Standard and is compatible with US 110v electrics as well as 220v. We supply this with a 30cm cable wired into the lamp and tested ready to install.
These lights are made by Wiska and Centurion. Both manufacturers produce identical fixtures.
The eyebolt can be removed to allow the light to be fixed directly to your ceiling by the three bolt holes on the top, alternatively you can use a chain.
