About the Item

One of a kind Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern ceramic pendant designed and handmade by Marianne May - a student of Bjørn Wiinblad. Handmade organic relief pattern swirling around the center of the cone shaped ceiling lamp. Warm grey with yellow ochre and light grey decorations. Light grey glaze with a mint green tint on the inside. Rewired for EU and US use. Small glaze glitch (see photo), otherwise beautiful vintage condition. Denmark, 1960s.
