Mid-Century Danish Space Age Plastic Pendant by Bent Karlby, 1960s

About the Item

Rare pendant lamp from the Danish manufacturer ASK Belysning from the 1960s. It has a very distinctive, angular shape. The yellow plastic shade appears translucent when switched on and creates a complex play of light in the room and on the lamp itself. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear. There is a melted area inside, but it's not particularly noticeable. Have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
