Rare Mid Century Cocoon pendant lamp by Goldkant based on a design by Friedel Wauer from the 60s. The Cocoon shade provides diffuse, atmospheric light. At the same time, the symmetrical lamp body stages itself as an imposing luminous object in the room. The manufacturer Gold Kant is known for various Cocoon lamp designs from the 60s/70s. Many Goldkant designs are often mistakenly attributed to the Castiglionis, because the patterns and shapes used are very similar.
