About the Item
Beautiful Mid Century Modern, hand blown Murano glass chandelier alluding to a garden with its green and yellow leaves.
This chandelier is masterfully done in yellow, green, clear and 24k gold included Murano glass, and shows several techniques that can be attributed to the Seguso factory and to Flavio Poli's tenure there.
Having 6 green and yellow “sommerso” glass arms, (holds e27 bulbs but can be fitted with electric candle-bulb holders if desired) each finishing in a 24k gold "drip cup" and the matching Sommerso glass spheres in the middle column, a feature we have not seen before and we have handled thousand's of lights.
There are no damages except for a hairline crack to one of the Sommerso Spheres in the middle column, which has been stabilized with resin and does not present a risk of breaking anymore.
