The main frame is forged steel and has applied brass decorations polished . The applied semi-precious Blue/Green stones look to be ( Tourmaline ) .Lighting is by a 3 light cluster body with 3 Candelabras . Bottom plate is of solid Copper . See photo details for close ups . Diameter of the main body is 16" Was in our showroom for $ 7500.00 None others like this are known to be around . Need special packing and shipping .
