Mid-Century Modern Vintage Chandelier Pendant Metal Glass 1950s France

About the Item

Mid-century modern vintage chandelier or pendant style Mathieu Matégot, from multicolored metal and milk glass, France 1950s. A playful chandelier with a white lacquered metal basket and fixed multicolored perforated metal plates, while an original milk glass shade with brass details is sitting in the basket. The white metal basket shows lovely vintage patina, while the metal plates in the colors red, light-blue, yellow are in good original condition. Please, let me note, that it is rare to find this pendant with the original milk glass shade. The chandelier has one E 27 socket. It would be perfect to pair the chandelier with pieces from Mid Century Modern Contemporary or Traditional style to mix it up for unexpected combinations. approx. measures: Diameter 23 cm Height 64 cm.
