About the Item
This very rare and most elegant ceiling lamp was designed by Pietro Chiesa for Fontana Arte, Milan, Italy, in the late 1940s.
The etched convex glass plate is beautifully decorated with sandblast details above which six crystal glass crown leaves are arranged around the brass rod. The rod is suspended from a brass canopy and the plate is held in place by a pointed brass lock.
This exquisite design showcases Italian elegance with understated luxury.
The lamp is in full working order and the glass plate in perfect condition!
Designed for 3 small E17 bulbs this lamp brings a sparkle to any room.
