Rare Aged Brass Four Arm Arts & Crafts Chandelier with Crystal Shades by Osler

About the Item

Large High Quality British Arts & Crafts Four Arm Pendant Light This rare and beautiful large four-arm ceiling light, crafted by British luxury lighting manufacturer Osler circa 1920, showcases stunning Arts & Crafts styling and exceptional quality. The quality of the metalwork is synonymous with the brand, merging the artistry of Osler with the famed brass work of Faraday & Son. This piece reflects a movement of the time away from primarily grand crystal lighting styles. This rare chandelier beautifully displays the qualities of both companies: stunning handcrafted metalworking and exquisitely cut crystal glass shades that echo the design and quality of the main fitting. Typical of the Arts & Crafts style, the light fitting features flowing lines, intricate curves, and subtle detailing. The brass construction has acquired a beautiful patination, a rich brown oxidisation carefully waxed and polished to preserve the finish. Fully restored and rewired to modern standards, and can be adapted for worldwide electrical use, contact our team to discuss the specifics of your project. A 6ft 1" figure is shown in the product imagery, demonstrating the scale and impact of this unique design.
