Rare and Dramatic 1880s Luminator Fairground Lamp

This rare impressive lamp was mostly used to illuminate circus tents, and fairgrounds. Originally the lamp was a Carbon Arch lamp and is now wired to take a standard bulb. The large milk glass shade has a 20 inch diameter and the total hight of the lamp is 54 inches. It is signed on a brass plaque that reads... LUMINATOR... No.657... Lord Manufacturing Company... New York.
