Rare mid century cocoon pendant lamps by goldkant based on a design by friedel wauer from the 60s.
a minimalist design with a characteristic shade pattern. The lights show a simple cylinder shape. What is really special is the graphic pattern of the shades which is known among others from designs of achille castiglioni. A monochrome pattern that works with light and shadow. The pattern shows a grid of squares and extends over the entire lampshade. The lamps are in very good condition with signs of use or aging. Have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution, up to 250v (europe/uk standard).the wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
