About the Item
Reclaimed vintage Industrial Korean flameproof striplight made by Daeyang in the 1970's painted aquamarine green. Original item salvaged from supertankers and military vessels where it was used in the engine rooms and was a fluorescent lamp. It has been extensively modified by British lighting restoration specialists, Loomlight who give the fixtures a modern makeover, fitted with dimmable LED Edison tubes. Ready for use in modern interiors.
Weight 10kg
Bulb: 4x Edison 300mm E27 tungsten filament. Compatible with 110v USA voltage (LED lamps available on request)
The main body is cast aluminum which is painted with a 2K aquamarine green coloured paint. The fittings are steel and brass. The tubes are formed from flameproof glass.
