Early 20th century carved wood floor lamp, English. Likely made from a much earlier bed post or torchiere. Mahogany. The shaft well reeded ending in bulbous turnings and disc base. Slight warp in the shaft, noticeable from one direction but not the other, ideal near a wall as warp would be visible if seen from all sides.
