'Grasshopper' style floor lamp - Willem Hagoort
About the Item
The 'Grasshopper' floor lamp consists of a perforated metal lamp shade and three ‘hairpin’ legs with brass details. The lamp shade is adjustable according to the user’s wish, making this design as stylish as functional.
This particular 'Grasshopper' design belongs to Willem Hagoort. There are however many similar models circulating, like Svend Aage Holm Sørensen’s and Van Doorn's designs.
The previous owner has let done restoration work and this makes the lamp in very good condition, with only slight traces of use and wear consistent with its age.
