Ignazio Gardella 'Coppa Aperta Piantana' Floor Lamp in White Marble and Chrome.
Ignazio Gardella was one of the leading figures in Italian twentieth-century architecture. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, he founded Azucena with Luigi Caccia Dominioni and Corrado Corradi Dell’Acqua in 1947. A renowned architect, he continued producing iconic furniture and lighting designs until the 1990s.
Originally designed by Gardella in the 1950s for Azucena, this authorized Tato Italia re-edition is executed in white Carrara marble with a chromed metal stem and a textured pressed glass diffuser.
Price is per item. Available in unlimited quantities in choice of Marquinia or Carrara marble and with brass or chrome stem. This listing is for the floor lamp with white Carrara marble base and chrome stem.
