About the Item
Very nice and rare Mid-century floor lamp made in black laquered metal and the two lampshades in anodized aluminium. This very original floor lamp has been Designed by the famous French designer Sabine Charoy. This is the
10592 model, that has been created in 1981s.
"After graduating from the Camondo school, she launched into decoration and then design. She first learned the ropes with Janette Laverrière and then with the Italian master Gio Ponti, where she learned the rigor of design. She then met Max Ingrand and was part of the Verre Lumière adventure from the beginning, managing the design office. She participated in the design of many models at Verre Lumière and notably signed with her own hand a large pendulum floor lamp, the chrome lamps model 10367, the floor lamp for sofa 10592..."
