About the Item

This striking Mid-Century Modern floor lamp was realized in the United States circa 1950. It features a inverse hourglass form silver cerused body that flares at its center with an angled (top cut on a bias) and brushed aluminum rod piercing the center. The base consists of three tiers with a circular brushed aluminum bottom and a sculptural form with bowed sides and four curved points capped with a circular chrome finial. With its beautiful attention to detail and clean modernist lines, this floor lamp would be a winning addition to any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The lamp comes with a custom shade included. American, circa 1950 Dimensions: 68" height x 10" diameter.
