About the Item
Two important 20th century French standing lamps, Industrial design from the 1920-1930 period, rare Gras standing lamps, model # 215 from the first series with the base and column (terminating in a point) in enameld steel. The lamps are fully adjustable and articulating.
"Lampe Adjustable GRAS Brevete´ SGDG" stamped on the'articulation.
Re´flector 1055 enameled black.
The sockets are in old brass and the switches are in bakelite with the image of a fleur d'lys stamped on them.
Lamps are in good state of conservation with a nice patina.
Note: Under the base of the lamp there are not 4 supports in the form of a cross and a central ball. This indicates one of the early models; the models post 1930 have all the supports.

Colonne: hauteur 1,22 m, diame`tre 2 cm.
Bras: hauteur de la rotule a` la bielle 57 cm.
Bielle: longueur d'axe en axe 16 cm.
