Chromed metal floor lamp and glass lampshades in typical 60' style.
The Space Age style or also called the Atomic Age refers to the period corresponding roughly to 1940-1963.
Architecture, industrial design, commercial design (including advertising), interior design and fine arts were all influenced by atomic science themes, as well as the space age.
This wonderful Sputnik lamp is ideal for bringing a modern and light touch to your rooms.
Original of the period, the lamp is in excellent conservative condition, showing no major defects except for a few slight signs of time.
It is fully functional as the electrical system has been restored.
